Santa Claus is coming back to the Town of Tecumseh!

Tecumseh, ON -  The most magical time of the year is just around the corner, and Tecumseh is getting ready to kick off the holiday season with the much-anticipated Christmas in Tecumseh, featuring the Santa Claus Parade on Friday, November 17.

“We are so excited to be hosting Christmas in Tecumseh again this year, featuring the beloved Santa Claus parade,” said Tecumseh Mayor Gary McNamara. “Please join us after the parade at the Arena to get in the holiday spirit with free horse and carriage rides, glow golf and of course meeting Mr. and Mrs. Claus!”

The Santa Claus Parade, presented by Team Goran RE/MAX CARE Realty, starting near Lacasse Park, and ending at Tecumseh Town Hall, will feature beautifully decorated floats, marching bands, dance troupes, and various community groups, all coming together to create a vibrant spectacle that will light up the streets of Tecumseh. Children can expect to see Santa himself, riding in his sleigh, waving to the crowd, and spreading the magic of Christmas.

Christmas in Tecumseh is an exciting event geared towards bringing families and the community at large together to celebrate the beginning of the holiday season. This event provides FREE family-friendly entertainment throughout the evening at the Tecumseh Arena & Recreation Complex and Town Centre Park from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Events include: Meet & Greets with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a Holiday Petting Zoo, Outdoor Marshmallow Roast, Arts & Crafts and so much more!
