Tecumseh Archives

The Tecumseh Archives contain information from the former Tecumseh, Sandwich South and St. Clair Beach, along with issues of the Tecumseh Tribune, that are scanned and stored online. There are many photographs and documents found in the archive.

The archiving project is a big step forward in preserving the history of Tecumseh, Sandwich South and St. Clair Beach, and in making Tecumseh's history more accessible to everyone through an online archive.

The Tecumseh Historical Archives project began in 2015 with the help from these groups:

• Tecumseh Area Historical Society
• Olde Sandwich and Area Historical Society
• Leddy Library, University of Windsor
• Corn Festival Committee
• County of Essex, Ontario
• Employment Ontario

The Tecumseh Baseball Club has also developed  an archive that is stored online.
