Dog Park

The Tecumseh Dog Park is located at 12000 St. Jacques and provides a leash-free area for dog owners and their pets to enjoy.

The park provides a water fountain for dogs, plenty of benches to relax and enjoy the outdoors, as well as accessible paved trails. All owners attending the park are asked to help maintain the cleanliness of the park by picking up after their pets (waste bags are available onsite).

Town of Tecumseh crews are scheduled to cut and weed-whip the grass areas on Thursdays approximately from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (pending weather and other priorities). Please do not visit the park during this time if you wish to avoid the maintenance work.

The 2^nd Sunday of March through the 1^st Sunday of November annually

7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
First Monday of November through the 2^nd Saturday of March annually

Park Rules

• Leash your dog before entering and exiting
• Keep your dog within sight and under voice control
• Aggressive dogs must be removed immediately
• Pick up and remove dog excrement (waste bags provided)
• Dog park users are subject to the Dog Owners Liability Act
• Female dogs in heat are prohibited
• Current dog tag required
