Parks Master Plan

The Parks and Recreation Master Plan provides the community with a long range planning document that helps guide investment in the Town's parks, recreation, trails and sports system. This document is used to help with annual budget development, future planning, and preparation of development charges. The master plan ensures that parks, recreation, trails, and sports services keep pace with the town's population growth, emerging interests, and provide Tecumseh residents with choices to be active for life.

The plan is reviewed every 5 years in order to ensure that the information is up-to-date and relevant to the changing community. A review was completed in 2021 and identified Remaining and New Recommendations.
