Visit Tecumseh

Whether you are a local or visitor, here for a weekend or a week, or just passing through, you will be amazed at what Tecumseh has to offer year round.

Situated on Lake St. Clair, Lakewood Park North plays host to concerts in the park on Sundays through the summer. Cross Riverside Drive and play a round of disc golf, walk the trails or use the adult fitness equipment in Lakewood Park South.

In August, join one of the hundreds of visitors to the Tecumseh Corn Festival. Enjoy hot buttered corn, live entertainment and a midway with fun for all ages.

Winter activities include the annual Santa Claus Parade with family friendly activities at the Tecumseh Arena. Free skates are not limited to that night, but take place throughout the winter, including March Break. Lace up your skates and take a spin around the ice.

Not an outdoorsy kind of person? There are plenty of places to shop, eat and just savour the flavours of Tecumseh and Essex County.
